European Robins and other American Thrushes like Hermit Thrushes are not Turdus Thrushes.<br />In many parts of the world there are similar Turdus Thrushes like Olive Thrush in Africa, Great Thrush, and Clay-colored Thrushes etc. of the Neotropics.
